HAG offers a 10 year guarantee on all chairs upholstered in HAG Total Colour (HTC) Standard fabrics and leather against material defects and manufacturing faults from date of production. The guarantee is valid for chairs subject to normal daily use and for a maximum of 9 hours per day. The guarantee covers all necessary replacement parts for repair. Labour and transportation costs are excluded. Normal wear and tear must be expected.
HAG offers a lifetime guarantee on gas lifts.
General terms:
For chairs upholstered in fabrics and leathers outside HTC Standard collection, the above guarantees are only valid for the chair and do not cover the fabric/leather.
It is a pre-condition of the guarantee terms that the chair and fabrics are regularly cleaned and maintained.
