We specialise in helping clients unlock their workspace potential. Each project is different. To maximise use of space we often start with a precision site survey before moving workplace furniture layouts and use of space ideas into CAD renders.

Reducing waste by informing correct furniture specifications and layouts to your best fit. Helping you get it right first time.

Site Surveys

To start the process, we can come to any Oxfordshire workplace for a precision site survey. Prices start from £550+VAT typically to measure-up and conduct floorplan surveys for spaces of around 200m2 and upwards, but we do small spaces too.

Survey data can then be fed into 2D layouts as a planning tool which for some clients is enough to validate if existing furniture fits into new required layouts. If you already have accurate room dimensions and don't require a site survey, we can move directly to CAD planning.

CAD Planning and Workspace Consultancy

When you're ready to progress to 3D workplace furniture and use of space project planning, we offer full consultancy and pre-CAD planning meetings to establish project demands before progressing to in-house CAD planning services.

Our 3D CAD planning services start from £490+VAT fixed price for a small office typically of up to 8 workstations or equivalent including typically associated, commensurate wider work related spaces.

After initial concept planning discussions, we present CAD layout ideas to narrow down preferences and needs of each space, before refining 3D CAD renders by including up to 3 alterations or amends per layout version included in the fixed price. Once you have your ideal floorplans and require new furniture, you can use the workplace CAD plans as the foundation of your own procurement teams tender process, or we can quote for new or refurbished workplace furniture fully installed exactly to your ideal office floorplans.

For larger CAD projects and consultation on existing or ongoing projects we work to an hourly consultation rate of £70+VAT per hour. Pay as you go, you're in control, no contracts.
