Great Tew Estate, Cotswolds

We were pleased to be asked by the Great Tew Estate to be involved with their new HQ. The Estate's in-house architect designed a state of the art office building with far reaching views, and wanted a single ergonomic chair model that everyone would find comfortable and worked with the buildings simple, elegant astetic.

We were invited to attend site at the projects build stage at the invitation of the interior design team and Head architect. We presented on-site 6 different ergonomic chair models that fitted the brief for the CEO and staff members to try in existing nearby offices, while the new build was in progress next door. The team chose a fully adjustable model with upholestered lumbar support and integral foot base to promote user movement when seated, good posture and wellbeing.

The chairs were ordered to coincide with the opening of the the new building. We built and tested each chair in our workshop before taking the chairs to site where our team set-up each chair into neutral positions, and demonstrated to staff the user freindly adjustments they might want to make in order for each member of staff to be comfortable.

Design brief

To supply a single model of functional, ergonomic chair that all staff find comfortable. Easy to adjust, and works with the buildings simple, elegant astetic.
On-site product sampling to determine the right model, followed by personal installation service with all chairs placed into position ready for use, set-up for individual staff as required.
